The hearing for this is in 2010. No judgment has been awarded yet. This is to stop what they were doing and account for all monies and interest from all there ill gotten gains plus interest.
Plus to pay all civil penalties. If you are involved you need to file a report so if a judgment is issued you may get your money back.
The complaint also alleges that one or more of the defendants acted as an unregistered broker in each of these three offerings. According to the complaint, Navigators, Spurger and Young violated Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. The complaint seeks a judgment permanently enjoining Navigators, Spurger and Young from violating these provisions of the securities laws and ordering all three to pay civil penalties and provide an accounting of, and disgorge, ill-gotten gains with prejudgment interest.
So it is imperative that you not be deceived anymore by these Wolves in Sheep’s clothing.

We all know the difference….even if we say we do not..There is something down DEEP that tells you that you are right or wrong..For years I played “the game”.Proclaiming my self righteousness,but knowing inside that I was walking in darkness..But when you are being controlled by evil..you do evil..I hurt most of the people that loved me..didn’t really matter..it was all about me..whatever I had to do to make it all good for me.Then the time came when God said enough..I knew just enough about God to be dangerous,I could sway people with my words,especially women..God started putting the refining fire to my life, and He took away the scales from my eyes and softened(no broke) my hardened heart..Now I truly walk in the light and serve Jesus with all my heart and soul.I truly know that Abba’s arms are not too short as to not to be able to save any He chooses.His Word says that the Potter made some pots for grace and some for judgment…Well how can we tell the difference?Abba says ..You can tell them by their fruits..We have to have discernment and wisdom..We have to hear the small still voice of Holy Spirit to warn and guide us.For the enemy indeed does prowl about seeking those(who are hurt,alone,brokenhearted,)who are in need and are weak.Unfortunately a lot are women who are lonely..are “desperate” for a “man”.Easy targets for the deceiver..to know exactly what words will touch the target.And the same can be said of the opposite..men needing a “woman”.But not as prevalent..So let all beware of the father of lies who looks to take advantage of the lonely and lost.Have ears to hear and eyes to see…Abba is there to protect..just cry out to Him in truth and He will indeed be there;if you belong to Him.If you don’t…don’t delay..He will heal all your needs and guarantee your eternity in heaven…shalom..^i^
